April and May are big months for Astig Vegan. I just recently held a cooking demo yesterday for Earth Day Celebration in San Francisco (pictured above) and I have four more lined up in the coming weeks. Each event is unique with its own audience and community. Public speaking doesn’t get old or easy for me. It’s like walking in to a lion’s den – one down, four more times to go! Seeing a friendly face in the crowd will feel wonderful so I hope you could make it to any of these events. I would love to see you there and celebrate vegan Filipino food!

It’s truly an honor and pleasure to be invited to these events. The organizers could have easily went with someone else but they chose Astig Vegan and vegan Filipino food! I sure hope that the demand will only grow more from here and more and more people will discover that Filipino food can be vegan, healthy, and delicious without losing its soul.
I hope to see you soon! Kain na, let’s eat!
