Vegan Malunggay Moringa Milkshake
- one tablespoon of malunggay/moringa leaves
- one yellow mango, peeled and sliced
- four tablespoons of vegan whipped cream or vegan vanilla ice cream, or more to taste
- 1 cup plant-based milk (I used the local brand, Dehusk)
- 1 tablespoon sugar or your preferred sweetener, or more taste
- ½ cup ice cubes
- In a blender, combine the malunggay, mango, vegan whipped cream, plant-based milk, and sugar.
- Blend until everything is smooth.
- Adjust sweetness and consistency to preference.
- Serve cold. You can top with more sliced yellow mangoes for presentation.
