For this week’s friday fun list, I’m featuring 3 easy do-it-yourself (vegan) face and body care. I’ve discovered them from my amazing blogger friends as well tips from family and friends. Tried and tested by yours truly.
1. VEGAN SCRUB
Thanks to Luminous Vegans, your face will be luminous with this vegan face scrub. All you need are organic sugar and few drops of lemon and oil (I used organic jojoba oil). Mix them well and apply on your face! My scrub lasts for about 2-3 weeks. Sometimes, I also use them for my hands. I would say the portions depend on your preference (for ex. if your face is oily, add more drops of lemon). Anyway, you would know your face better, and just get your butt to her recipe for details.
2. FOOT SOAK
Dissolve 3 tablespoon of Epsom Salt (available at most drug stores) in a basin of warm water and soak for about 30 minutes and viola your feet are fabulous again! Not only that, the soak also relieves stress. You could also use Epsom Salt in a full body bath soak.
3. FACE TONER
Nature’s toner: lemon! I suggest starting with an ounce to test. An ounce of filtered water, few drops of lemon and Witch Hazel (available at most drug stores) and mix well. Using a cotton ball, apply on your face. I’m sure you already know this but apply toner after you’ve washed your face with a cleanser.
I hope these help! Not only they are simple, easy steps to looking fabulous, they’re inexpensive too! Leme know how it goes. Happy weekend!
