Marie Gonzalez runs a vegan gourmet company called Kitchen Revolution based in Alabang, Philippines. She organizes and teaches vegan cooking and vegan baking workshops.
Lucky for folks in the Philippines, they can enroll in classes like: “Much ado about hors d’oeuvres”, ” Barbecue potluck power”, “Awesome sauces”, “Dessert mayhem 1.0″ and many more.
Marie received her vegan culinary training in New York and flew back to the Philippines to advocate veganism among Filipinos.
AstigVegan interviewed Marie for a guest video blog or vlog. I divided the vlogs into a series which I would post once a week.
