I had this yummy vegan red velvet cupcake at Sprinkles, a cute cupcake bakery in Palo Alto CA, along the Stanford Shopping Center. The cupcake was gloriously scrumptious. Both the icing and the cake have the right texture, sweetness and flavor. I highly recommend checking out Sprinkles! Unfortunately, Red Velvet is the only cupcake flavor they veganized, I’m crossing fingers they’ll expand their vegan options soon.
